Your Masters: All master recordings remain 100% owned by the artist/client. Big Drum Records makes no claim to your music, royalties, or publishing rights.

Our Work Files: Stems, project files, and session data created by Big Drum Records during production or co-production remain our property unless explicitly purchased as part of the service agreement.

Buyout Option: Full project file buyouts are available at an additional cost. Contact us for pricing.

Payment: Full payment is required before work begins. We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

Refunds: Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you're unhappy with the result, we offer unlimited revisions within 14 days of delivery (for mastering) or as specified in your production agreement.

Cancellation: You may cancel before work begins for a full refund. Cancellation after work has started will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Estimates: Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Standard mastering is 48-72 hours. Production timelines vary by project scope.

Rush Jobs: Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your deadline.

Revisions: Revision requests may extend delivery time. We aim to complete revisions within 24-48 hours of receiving feedback.

Retention: We retain your project files for 90 days after delivery. After this period, files may be deleted without notice.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for backing up all delivered files. We recommend downloading and storing your masters immediately upon delivery.

Extended Storage: Long-term archival storage is available upon request for an additional fee.

Your Guarantee: By submitting material, you confirm that you own or have cleared all rights to the content, including samples, vocals, and any third-party material.

Our Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse work on material that contains uncleared samples, copyrighted content, or content we deem offensive or illegal.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Big Drum Records against any claims arising from copyright infringement or legal issues related to your submitted material.
