Every Big Drum Records product is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. All vinyl is shipped in protective mailers with cardboard stiffeners to prevent damage during transit. Merchandise is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if unworn and in original condition. Vinyl can only be returned if damaged or defective. All returns must be in original packaging with tags attached.
